We do focused work with the right clients
Gravity Activation is a digital marketing studio. We design strategies that attract the right audience and convert them into customers. We work on a limited number of projects at a time because the quality of our work depends on the attention we give each one.

Gravity Activation is a digital marketing studio. We design strategies that attract the right audience and convert them into customers. We work on a limited number of projects at a time because the quality of our work depends on the attention we give each one.
We're selective about the projects we take on
Not because we can afford to be. Because we have to be. Taking on more work than we can execute well serves nobody.
We work best with businesses that have a defined offer and a real audience — companies that understand that marketing is an investment, not an expense, and that results compound over time rather than appearing overnight.
Specifically, we tend to work well with:
B2B companies with a complex sales cycle
Where the buying decision involves multiple stakeholders and a longer consideration period. These are situations where strategy, messaging, and channel coordination matter more than raw spend.
Businesses moving from ad-hoc marketing to a structured system
Companies that have run individual channels with inconsistent results and want to understand why, and what a more coherent approach would look like.
Teams that want a strategic partner, not just execution
We work alongside internal teams, not above them. The best engagements are ones where we're in regular conversation with the people who understand the business from the inside.
Companies willing to invest in the medium term
The marketing strategies that generate durable results take time to build and time to show results. We're not the right fit for businesses that need a quick fix or a short-term traffic spike.
Marketing is a systems problem
Most businesses treat marketing as a collection of individual tactics. A campaign here. A content calendar there. An email sequence someone set up two years ago that nobody has touched since.
The problem with that approach is not that individual tactics don't work. It's that they don't compound. Each channel operates in isolation, optimizing for its own metrics, disconnected from what the business actually needs to achieve.
We think about marketing differently. Not as a set of activities to manage, but as a system to design. One where each part has a specific role, the parts connect to each other, and the whole is measurable against real business outcomes.
That's what we mean by gravity. Not a metaphor for attraction. A description of how a well-designed system behaves: it pulls the right people in, at the right moment, without wasted force.
We start with the problem, not the channel.
Before recommending any tactic or platform, we need to understand the actual business challenge.
Most marketing problems are not channel problems. They're strategy problems wearing a channel disguise. A business that isn't generating enough leads might need better targeting — or it might need clearer messaging, a faster website, or a follow-up sequence that doesn't exist yet. The answer depends on where the system is actually breaking down.
We spend the early part of every engagement asking questions that most agencies skip. What does the customer need to believe before they buy? Where does the current funnel lose people? What has been tried before, and what happened? What does success look like in 12 months, not just next quarter?
The channels come after those questions have clear answers.
What we're not
We're not a full-service agency with a department for everything and a team that grows to match any budget. We're a small, focused studio that does specific things well.
We don't take on projects outside our area of expertise and then figure it out as we go. If your situation requires capabilities we don't have, we'll tell you clearly, and where we can, we'll point you toward someone who does.
We don't work with businesses where we can't see a realistic path to results. That's a bad situation for everyone: the client spends money, we spend time, and neither party gets what they need from the engagement.
We don't measure our success by the size of our client list. We measure it by whether the work we do actually moves the needle for the businesses we work with.
How an engagement actually works
Every project starts the same way: with a structured onboarding process designed to get us up to speed on your business as quickly as possible. We ask a lot of questions in the beginning. That's intentional. From there, the shape of the engagement depends on what we're working on. Some clients work with us on a single channel. Others engage us across the full system. In either case, the working relationship looks roughly the same.
